I would agree w/ the extortion notion, but this is an opt-in…unless new information came out to the contrary. If people don’t want the service, they don’t pay for it.

You know…I used to think the labels had their fungers up their asses. They were so stuck in this time warp…of how things used to be…and they still are…it’s extortion now…

I think it’s a good idea to offer an a-la-carte model for ISP. I think it’s good for a company like Warner to try to get a lot of cash to try to make a little money off of file sharing. But it’s not intrusive nor mandatory…that’s critical
