		<description>I would agree w/ the extortion notion, but this is an opt-in...unless new information came out to the contrary.  If people don&#039;t want the service, they don&#039;t pay for it.</description>

		<description>I think it&#039;s a good idea to offer an a-la-carte model for ISP.  I think it&#039;s good for a company like Warner to try to get a lot of cash to try to make a little money off of file sharing.  But it&#039;s not intrusive nor mandatory...that&#039;s critical</description>
